Information on the Processing of Personal Data
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), this document describes the methods used to process the personal data of users who browse our website.

The information systems and software procedures used to operate the website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses indicated on the website entails the acquisition of the sender’s email address, which is necessary in order to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the communication.
Personal data are processed in order to respond to users’ requests for information, to comply with obligations arising from laws, regulations and EU legislation, and to exercise the rights of the Data Controller, such as the right of defense in legal proceedings. The legal basis for processing consists of the necessity to carry out pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject, as well as compliance with legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject.
The processing of personal data is carried out using electronic and telematic tools, according to logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above and, in any case, in a manner that ensures the security and confidentiality of the data.
Personal data may be disclosed to parties acting as data processors, to parties, entities or authorities to whom disclosure is mandatory pursuant to legal provisions or orders of public authorities, as well as to persons authorized by the Data Controller.
Personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area.
Personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, for a period not exceeding 10 years from the end of the relationship for service-related purposes.
Data subjects have the right to obtain from the Data Controller, in the cases provided for by law, access to their personal data, as well as rectification or erasure of such data, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and the right to data portability.
This Privacy Policy may be subject to updates, and users are therefore encouraged to periodically review its contents.
